Hi Tduff. I don't see LH & FSH? The reason I ask is that assuming you just came off pct those levels would be hyper-stimulated from the serms thus resulting in elevated Test levels down stream. No other comments needed other than it's about time to give blood.

Man my chest from Mon and now finally my bis and tris have that deep dull ache... Chest is still screamin' - now I'm supposed to be following 2on 1off - why is it so damn difficult to follow your off days?!

at the end my partner told me all the whites of my eyes were red ;) job done

Also, I've been thinking of doing much more DB work for my chest(I'll still use the bar, as well... But I'm thinking for more depth and width - the DBs will give me a better stretch and definitely help w/any imbalances w/R shoulder! Plus it should shape my chest better(w/more DB work)... ?!

Right hip and lower back/glute is doing the stupid thing where it is trying to lock up. Going to rumble roll it and stretch tonight. Don't think hitting back tonight would be wise, so I will hit it tomorrow instead.
Started taking Voltaren this afternoon. It should help a bit.
Edit. Back seems to be loosening a tad. Believe I may be due for a pullback sometime in the next few weeks. I would prefer to get one in before labs anyway.

Well..... I woke up today feeling stronger than hercules. It feels like its going to be an awesome day.
I don't listen to music while I workout..... I find it distracting sometimes. Normally I breathe and leave myself to my thoughts and that how I build the anger but today I will give Metallica and rage against the machine one more shot.
It's back and tri's today..... Im gunna fvck shit up

Back is feeling much better this morning. Will keep on the Voltaren for ~ a week, then drop them. Looking @ my lifting notebook and running it though my head. Almost gone through my third notebook since I dropped into the thread. :)
Edit. Back definitely getting worked tonight. At the dentist office now waiting on the wife. She pulled a crown and post loose again. :( On the plus side, the dogs are in the truck with me raising h*ll at anyone or.anything that gets too close. :lol:
