Glad to see so many people posting their logs in here now, and some wicked progress being made. Ive started focusing on some of the strongman lifts (Tyres, Farmers Walk, Yolk Carry, Atlas Stones, Pressing, Deadlifting and Squating) and Im using as close to a HIT style as I can with it, and its working really well!
Thanks mate, adds a new dynamic. Still struggling with LowT even after months of TRT. So just not feeling great, plus manic at work. By keeping the workouts fun with these sorts of lifts I have managed to pique my interest again!
And in fact its given me doms like a newbie. I think all you guys should throw them in a couple times a month. Serious fun!
Went outside the ordinary and hit shoulders after some light fasted treadmilling this morning.
Sweet. Brutal HIT. to the point.
DB presses: failed at 10, took about 30 secs, hit 4. RP and got 1.5... but held that fucker as long as possible.
Straight into DB side raises. 8 then 5. partials...done.
Limited by the DBs I own, but still got close to my rep range and failed over and over.
Did a few resistance band holds and some flexing and was done.

I think Im taking the day off from training, I want to hit abs, well maybe I will I have to go food shopping by the gym
Side note, since I have started pressing again (thank God) my elbows and fore arms are starting to hurt again. I touch my outside chest/arm pit with dumbbells. Could that be to deep?

Checking in guys!! Hope everyone is doing good. I have been having some great workouts myself just don't really post them much.
I have a question its for my partner..
He shot his delt and now his are is swollen. I been 2x the size of his other one. The first day it was just a little not. The 2nd day it was a lot bigger and today he said it doesn't hurt but its freaking huge. I have told him to go to the doc but he doesn't want to. Anyone that could help me here please chime in what should he do??

Was it the first time with that oil ? Or a new vial same oil ? It could be a infection then again it could have hit a nerve. I got that when i pinned prop no matter where i pinned.
Check body temp and keep a eye on it tell him you know the score Bod if it's red and swollen draw a circle round it to make sure it does not go bigger, if it is a infection that is not good so watch it.
Like you said Bod tell him to go to the doc just to be sure, and at the worst tell the doc it was b12 pinned.
Ever have one of those workouts that every, single one of the machines that you are thinking of going to is being used? Plus hotter than hell out here - fvck! Killer workout though - really starting to feel comfortable with the olympic bar again.

Trying to get a good idea of start8ng strength for this blast. Went heavy. Next week will try heavier....it's been awhile since I went this heavy.
Incline DB press 2w 2f 1w (100s hit 6) dd
Flat db press 2w 100s hit 5 1 drop

Straight set medium weight over high cable fly into evens
Posterior Chain - low back(is torched)/glutes/hams

It was the same w/o that put me out - just went lighter - felt great! My Low back is totally fatigued(mainly from those negs on deads)
