The wife and sister in law went shopping this evening. She bought me back some teriyaki chicken wings, so there will a slight deviation in the diet this evening.
Chest is much sorer than it has been in a while. Wife said I was mumbling, grumbling, and growling in my sleep today, so I guess I was lifting in my sleep.
