The wife and sister in law went shopping this evening. She bought me back some teriyaki chicken wings, so there will a slight deviation in the diet this evening.
Chest is much sorer than it has been in a while. Wife said I was mumbling, grumbling, and growling in my sleep today, so I guess I was lifting in my sleep.
Off tonight and hitting legs Sat. night before work.

Doing well my man...
Cranked out a few kids. Haven't slept in a few years and miss the gym more often than not ;-)

Morning guys,GGR. Aww ma back is sore from top to bottom, love it. Got a few wee things to do about the house the day but arms are getting put through the pain the day fellas. Feel good and looking forward to it.

Not feeling the whole egg white and oats thing today, so opted for tuna, whole wheat penne pasta, 1 cup of broccoli bits, and a chopped up jalapeño.. Going for a haircut in a few hours, hopefully I won't be "windy".

How many meals a day are you folks going trough and how frequently?
Im referring to all of you mass monsters who seek to gain quality mass in steady pace not overeating but having nice surplus required for steady quality gains.
On and vs. off cycle of course.

Did arms this afternoon guys, it went great.
standing db curls 1 working DD **new weight**
Db preacher curls 1 working 3 neg
Cable preacher 1 working DD
Dips 2 sets body weight
Straight bar pd 3 sets
Behind head tri ex 3 sets straight bar
v bar pd 2 sets
Done, Arms were and still are fried. The gym has a other xover machine with more weight for tri pd cable fly ect ect, but it always has some cvnt in it so i have to use the old one. That's why i do sets mostly as i use the stack.

@ Kel I know I was supposed to take the day off but I got into work and my trainer wanted us to max out on our big lifts :/ and I just did back yesterday -- so I'll be off tomorrow and hit delts on Monday...
So as you all know I don't use any BB for chest and haven't in over a decade... Was quite surprised on what I was able to do without over doing it and pushing too hard - I told myself no reason to hurt yourself and get set backed further...
So here goes it.,.,
BB Flat Bench - PL comp style paused then press(actually had a guy yelling push when we were ready after our pause
315 went up pretty easy but didn't want to push it any further...
Deadlift
455 - I know... I need to work on this - plus it was my first time deading since my surgery lol
Squat - PL comp style
405
So these numbers aren't in any way my best but it's something I can know work off of and work on - need to get my legs stronger and bigger... Hence me moving them up to first in the rotation
So all in all I was decently happy with the weight as I've not done any of those since my last surgery(+ the 2.5 months I was out of the gym - I know these numbers will surely go up(rather quickly I believe now that I can start pushing again...

Geez Nach, you just never stop - amazing!
Back and Biceps done. After 3 tough weeks I think I might be getting my mojo back.
Wife's out of town, think I'll order in Italian & watch the McGregor preliminary fights and then the McGregor fight again. This Italian place makes a wicked marinara sauce with sausage, chicken & peppers. Instead of pasta, I get it over steamed vegetables. Think I'll have them throw in a meatball as well - thank my bi's and back for a very nice workout.

You know I'm trying not to stop when I gain water b/c I halt my growth spurt so I'm not stopping at signs of water as I'm thinking of pulsing drol or backloading winny - hopefully the latter
Plus I never used to do any cardio - but I've started now... To control the water and that's cool - I'll slow er down if starting but I'll wait for the end of blast to figure where I want to be - that way I'll grow

Absolutely terrible sleep today. Up about every 2 hours, so I didn't even attempt legs. Working tonight, but should be nice and tired in the morning and get solid rest tomorrow and hit legs tomorrow evening.
