After smashing my knee last week and having it lanced to express the blood boil I attempted going heavy again for todays leg workout. Got up to 12 plates on leg press but couldn't go more cause the knee was just too tight...
Good news, 220lbs!!! Less than 10 more to go and then I can adjust for final pics.
Knee was still a bit tight, but still got a full rack for sets of 8...
