anyone know ifhe that kind of stuff falls through ...shes only doing this cause I went on dates.

i guess it all depends... baby momma drama so i figure she is trying to get you to do something concerning the baby? you mentioned dates. I mean she would be stupid to try an drag you to court if you are just dating others and she is jealous. but if you are not paying child support thats another story ~ yet if your face isnt in the pix it seems irrelevant and if she didnt report your defacing activities while taking the pix that could come back to her negatively.
i dont think you have any worries But i would recommend calmly talking to her and attempting to find out the root of the actions she is taking ~if you dont get it resolved she could just focus all her hurt feelings on revenge rather then healing and letting go.
try an remember that at some level she still loves you and is very vulnerable and unstable from the pain- if she didnt love you to some degree she would not bother with you in any way. thats a women fact :)

I'm not just blowing smoke, Been there done that. I spent a good 15+ months fighting for custody of my daughter when she was only 1 1/2 yr. I went through a lot of BS and accusations that you dont want to even imagine going through.
Bottom line is you have to stand up for what's right and not back down. Don't give in to any pressure or any accusations be them real or fake. The best thing you can do for yourself and daughter is to not let her (the mother) use her or the past to control the situation or future. It will never stop if you let it continue.
Dont worry about what if... Stop believing her BS and letting her trying to control you.
