Had 6cc of cortisone in my shoulder today dr says no workout 24 hrs opinions

Had 6cc of cortisone into my right shoulder today to help with my tendonosis. He told me no working out for 24 hours to let it work. Its in the joint so its floating around in there. Do you think hitting the bike and treadmill would be an issue? Wish I had asked but I bet I know what he would say. REST!

Just listen to the doc. It's not going to kill you to wait a day.

LOL I know I know. Going out this weekend and taking kids to Wonderland so I will have another day off as well maybe 2 depending what happens Sat. Did not think it was an issue on till he said something.
