Sorry to start my own thread for this question but a couple of days I read somebody quoting somebody else and thanking him for the thread he made which showed a real true view of the inside of people who compete at bodybuilding weather it be npc/ifbb etc and just general stuff like that... I meant to save the thread because I wanted to look up the guy who made the thread and see if I can find it but I had to run to work and when I came back I had forgotten about it... but I have been wanting to read it ever since then I just cant find the thread, anybody know what im talking about or can help me locate it? Thank you!
