Sadly I don't have a picture but people in the gym I frequent have been wearing these masks that make it harder to breath while lifting.
I could see the benefit during cardio but don't really understand with weight training

It's an alternative to altitude chamber which are expensive to rent. A lady used for training to climb Mt Everest. She was maybe 60 at the time and made it to the top. Very inspirational woman!!!
Would you just die of cancer already and stop antagonizing people. Australians dumb? Your the one who lives on a small sunless over populated under resourced with a in flux of muhammads island. Few years time your whole government will be paki. No wonder scotland is voting yes next year. The farm i grew up on is bigger than your whole spotted dick island. So it sounds to me your the dumb one. I bet you take Vitamin d sups cause you have no sunlight.

I don't know if this is relevant but
During the late 18th and 19th centuries, large numbers of convicts were transported to the various Australian penal colonies by the British government. One of the primary reasons for the British settlement of Australia was the establishment of a penal colony to alleviate pressure on their overburdened correctional facilities. Over the 80 years more than 165,000 convicts were transported to Australia.[1]
