I've talked about this young bull at my gym before.........
I'm guessing under 30. Looks like he uses Synthol. Yes, his musculature is large, but no vascularity, and no muscle striation. He's short, maybe 5'6" or so. He comes in, and is on some kind of thermogenic. Sweats his ass off. So I've been watching him lately. Closely. Todays curls utilized a 30lb dumb, for maybe 10 half reps per arm. That's it! His Tris? Rope pull down at maybe a third stack, with only half of full extension, and maybe eight reps. I seen him do maybe three dips today, then he starts talking to this young Hispanic lady, telling her he works out two to three hours a day?? In all the time I have been watching him, he does this pvssy routine, and is in and out quickly. Claims he comes back in later when there are no crowds (is what he tells the young Hispanic lady), but to be honest, I'm usually there early after noon and see him then. and his routines are shit then too.
His triceps don't look right, lumpy, but not right. Same with his traps and delts. Something just doesn't look right.
So he's telling this young lady that he's in the gym six days a week (that's probably true), and with a twelve hour job, and working out two to three hours a day, he only gets four hours sleep a night. I'm thinking with all the therms he takes, THIS is why only four, (too many stims). And we all know a body cannot really grow right if you don't allow it to rest.
I walked out as he was speaking his BS to this young lady, barely able to hold my tongue.......
