Good workout though I still cannot do any press movements just hurts my shoulder to much. So I trained arms and then did some decline cable crossovers with pec deck just to work a little chest. Light weight lots of reps

Good workout guys. Remember I'm going much lighter now to rehab my shoulder do doing 2 muscle groups ed. Trained back and light shoulders with lots of reps on shoulders. No press movements still but was able to do side and front lateral raises and shrugs. I'm considering doing tb500... thoughts?
