Hey brother, I have a question: do prepare a week’s worth of HB eggs all at one time and if so, do you just toss them in a plastic container and into the fridge to store?

I'm very committed to rehabbing this shoulder and moving past this injury. So far chest is the only thing a can't train. I have found ways to train around it to do everything else. Today when I woke up my shoulder felt the best it's felt since the injury. I'm gonna start a research n of tb500, bpc 157 along with deca . When I finally can get back to training chest I'll probably stick to decline movements to keep the strain off my chest maybe some db's close grip inside as well. I'm gonna make the most out of training around this injury and make sure I relapse

I’ll be very interested in hearing your thoughts on the tb500. I know other well known members have used it as well and I’ve considered it myself. The deca will definitely make things feel better, not to mention the “other” benefits. Will you incorporate a DA with the deca run from the beginning or just keep it on hand if needed?

DEca and some gh would be the best. I tried TB and its was supposed to be the best around........didn't do shit but give me bp issues. Deca at 250mg ew and gh at 3iu ed for 10 weeks. I kept a REAL easy 2 months of training, killed legs but only did what I had to do to keep my upper body size , Im talking with whole upper body, gave the shoulder a break. To knock out an injury you have to be very dedicated and disciplined.........lots of thought and effort. It can be done.

The only issue with my shoulder is the front tendon under the front head that runs to the bi. Nothing else bothers it besides pressing movements

I’m sure it was tight, especially after the light cable work you gave it yesterday. But tight isn’t pain, so that’s definitely progressing! Great news brother!

Doesnt matter, these next 8 weeks are about healing, it will work better if you pull back on everything. The deca will make things feel better but are not, deca/inflammation and GH/healing. just my 2 cents.

If you find yourself browsing/reading this thread, member or visitor, let me encourage you to go back and review this thread in its entirety. As you do so, take note of the tremendous dedication and adherence to training and diet that Bio-Active takes to all aspects of his training. The level of consistency is utterly amazing and is a true rarity, even among those of us who live this type of lifestyle. Bio has set the bar and the example for anyone who wants to know what it takes to be successful in this “business.”

Thank you Bio for your dedication and for sharing it with all of us!
