After some consideration, I’ve decided to transition my w/o’s to a maintenance protocol until January when I plan to start a blast. I think I could benefit from the rest too.

Thanks brother. Yes, after years of learning the hard way and paying stupid tax, I’ve learned it’s best to pay heed to what you’re body tells you.

    How’s the shoulder feeling today?

5.75 oz grilled sirloin with 1 cup rice.

did some good stretching on my shoulders today and it feels real good. Something happened with my jaw a few days ago and the left side is real sore. Hurts like hell to eat. It isn't as bad as the first few days were but it isn't going away fast either. Any ideas? it is only the left side below my ear. I am not running a fever and my ear itself doesn't hurt either its the muscles below the ear

Based on the location you describe, you probably sprained the condyl where the jaw and skull meet. TMJ hit it with some ice, stretch the jaw a bit and avoid eating on that side or chewing anything chewy like jerky or condoms.

Good morning everyone. Had a cup of oatmeal about 2 hrs ago. Now one chicken wrap, 4oz. Decided since I’m going on a maintenance schedule, macros/diet should follow suit so I’ll be pairing down on the food as well.

    Legs:

3 sets squats super set with extensions. Weight was light but concentrated heavily on form and negative. It’s amazing what those two will contribute to a w/o given the opportunity.

3 sets leg curls, moderate weight w/ focus on form and negative

3 sets seated calf raises super set with standing calf raises, weights and form as above.
