My Keto Chili turned out pretty good.

    2lbs ground beef 80/20
    1lbs pork sausage
    2 cans tomato sauce
    1/2 white onion
    8 garlic clothes
    Sea salt
    Pepper
    Diced tomatoes and green peppers
    Chili sauce

Then in a bowl at the bottom I added cheese and sour creme and had the hot chili poured over it. Damn man, Keto is the shit.

I’m down 11 lbs in 8 days. My muscles look pretty flat at the moment but that’s as expected. For every gram of carbohydrate that goes into the muscle. 4 times the equivalent amount of water must transport with it.

Bahaha that's always the plan right. Just remember and I'm sure you already know. When cutting strength doesn't matter. More reps less weight

Good morning everyone. Returned from my weekend trip and got hit with a stomach virus Monday morning. Yuk!! Been a rough few days but I think the corner is turned. Going to stay out of the gym until this coming Monday and continue to rest. My entire torso is sore. Lol. Glad to be back among the living!!

Bio, how’s the shoulder coming along?

My wife’s shoulder hurts her while lying down as well. Also when she’s sitting at her desk in typing position. She was given mobic (meloxicam)for the pain. It helps but boy that stuff is so strong and hard on your kidneys.

I'm taking the meloxicam. I honestly don't think it does a whole lot

You guys should look up a pharmaceutical food drug called Limbral. It is a medical food and my prescription only but it is the best thing for tendon pains and such. It is a naturally occurring flaviniod derived from plants and does not carry the same side effects as traditional NSIADs. So you can take it every day and not worry about liver, heart or stomach damage.

By the way shoulder is feeling better. It's just stiff now like it's sore from working out. Stretching it out with those rotator cuff PT stretches feels amazing. The soreness comes back but it's really turning the corner. Most of the accrue pain is gone. I'm really excited about starting to do some press movements again. I will wait till after the holiday and start slow. Moving forward most of my chest stuff is going to be incline and decline DB's along with pec deck

That’s awesome news brother! I know you’ve really devoted a lot of time and energy into rehabilitation and prevention of further injury. Sounds as if your efforts are paying off!

8 Whites 2 yolk 1 cup oatmeal 1 hour before training. Pre workout Assault Black

I was able to successfully train chest today. No pressing movement but i did incline flies on a peck deck machine reg Flies with an adjustable gip and i did pullovers. Not a ton of chest work but it didnt bother my shoulder and my chest got a great pump so it good progress. I am waiting till after thanksgiving to do any press movements and those will be DB's incline and Decline

I would venture to say that the db declines would be the ideal starting point for your return to pressing movements given the nature of your injury.

yes sir that is the plan. I was happy doing what i did today. It will be enough to maintain and that in itself is a huge improvement.
