    I been sick since Christmas eve. Sorry i haven't been posting. 8 Whites 2 Yolk 1 Ezekiel Muffin and Oj. My appetite still sucks hopefully these antibiotics start kicking soon and i get my eating back in line!!

    3 sets preacher bench db curls

    3 drop sets reverse cable curls

    Tri’s:

    3 drop sets cable extensions w/ rope

    3 sets db extensions

    3 sets narrow grip bench

    3 sets cable extensions w/ straight bar super set w/ reverse grip extensions

    If you go back and look at Bio’s posts, the general idea is consistency. That man is the single most consistent member on this board when it comes to diet/training.

    Wife made a pot of homemade veggie/beef soup. Gonna go good here the next few days. Lows are expected to be in the single digits. Unusual for us in this part of the world. Must be that damn global warming.

    If you haven’t tried it you really should. It’s all organic and it’s whole. Almost all grocery stores carry it. There are several different flavors to choose from. No preservatives so you have to use it up pretty fast or store it in the fridge. I’ll post a pic later
