Hey are you guys still giving OBs crap? Don’t get me started :)
Ok guys. Main weekly workout in a few hours.
Trying a new policy. U know im having a halloween party next saturday. 6-7 girls have already said they are coming.
So. Ofcourse i wanna look as good as possible. But i dont like my waistline at the moment. Usually i have a nice Vshape, so im dropping calories big time now.
As for my workout ill just hope my weekly increasing drugs will get me through. Load up with karbolyn 2 hours before and pwo.
Im way big enough for the party. The guests dont life. Couple of the guys do weigths, but they dont lift goddamit.
So i just need to fix waist. Not cut. Just flat stomach. So i will drop some of the food.
And yeah..i will get drunk. No orals, just sus and sarms. Guess my liver can handle it. Considering 2400 mg NAC before drinking also.
Only problem will be wednesday. Heavy squats day. But if this karbolyn is as good as James West tells, ill think ill have a fair chance of hitting it heavier than last wednesday.
And exept from heavy rows for back on friday, rest will be high reps pump and feel.
If anyone have opinions on karbolyn, plis tell.

Finished one set of high rep incline press and high rep one hand cable curls.
There is a sense of freedom when its raining down and the only one looking out for your job is you. I have fucked up bad on some bids. By the time I was done I was just that much more recommended for busting my ass and getting it done. Between that and watching shit fall with inches of clearance I like my job overall. Only time it pisses me off is when it interferes with lifting.
Working for myself used to be my one and only dream. Now I want to put it behind building.
needed to take a couple days off from training. came back today after training some clients and just did some active recovery and some pump work for chest and shoulders. be back to the regular routine tomorrow.
this damn chest of mine refuses to grow. gotta figure out something. I know pretty much every chest exercise and angle to hit , but still not responding. thinking maybe on push days I'll up my calories a few hundred, run 200mg of test suspension pre-workout, and an additional 10iu of slin those days.
