Never said they were anabolic. But they are healthy. One of those foodtypes which are listed as possible cholestrole and plaque builtup figthers.
I also have used them in intraworkouts, but some experts say i should avoid antioxidants in intras and after workouts.
But i swear..when i mixed a bunch of bcaas with cranberries and pomegranade in the intras, i healed faster.
