    tendinitis

It seems like whenever I start a new cycle, I run into tendinitis in my elbows. The pain runs up the bottom portion of my tricep and the bottom, outer portion of my forearms. It gets to the point where it's debilitating in the gym and hinders my progress. I have been to a specialist, where I received cortisone shots in both arms and prescription anti-inflammatories. They seem to only have a mild effect. This has been going on for the past several years, and it only ever really causes a problem when I'm 'on'.

The only thing that has ever gotten rid of it (temporarily) is TB 500. It usually takes at least a few weeks to take effect, but once it really starts to kick in, my tendinitis is pretty much gone. The problem is I can't keep spending money on TB 500. Hell, to get enough TB 500 to run the course of my cycle would cost me at least as much as the cycle itself. There must be another alternative. For those of you who suffer from this same condition, what do you use to rid yourself of it? I'm looking for a cheaper solution than TB 500.

I get that too, mostly because of arm curls. So I don't do any straight bar arm curls or anything like that.

Do train forearms? If not start doing it, wrist curls both sides.

Also find triceps exercises that dont stress your elbows.

There is an exercise (or two) that you are doing that flares up the tendonitis. For me it's doing curls of any kind that incorporate resting my elbow on something while I curl, similar to preacher curls. IT took me forever to figure this out, but now I rarely do preacher curls and I cannot remember the last time i had a bad flare up.

I will start incorporating forearm workouts as Mr. BB suggested. The flare-ups happen whenever I grip something. I don't remember the last time I trained arms, so I know it's not that. It hurts when I bench, shoulder press, deadlift, and even when I grip the bar when I squat.

Besides exercises, are there any supplements you guys recommend?
