Announcement! New Sub Forum Coming soon!!! Help Needed!

Hello Fellow Brothers and Sister in Iron.

I'm proud to announce a new sub forum coming soon!

It will be called the "Anabolic Round Table."

It's general setup will be this: it will be a panel of three experienced forum members giving their opinions and experiences on a particular forum subject. These members will be either Staff, Vets, HOF or any number of active members with a lot of knowledge on a particular subject.

Full details are not hammered out yet, and may change over time. The panel will be Moderated by a staff member who will choose, based on forum feedback both the subject, relevant questions submitted and panel guests. Questions will be submitted by forum members, later own if this turns into a popular feature of the Board. Members will be asked to submit topics and who they want to hear from.

After the panels answers are posted, a Q&A session will follow where all members can ask rebuttals questions to any of the panelist for a finite period of time. Then the Thread will be closed, much like the interview thread that Marcus 300 has.

    What I need:

    1. Topics and specifically whom you would like to hear from.

    2. Please submit below, the cut off will be one week from
    Today.

    3. Any features or suggestions you may have.

    Thanks!

Sil was pushing hospital thread months back where you post health concerns and get answers back from the vets. It was shot down as the answer would almost always be 'see a doctor'

One topic I would like to see discussed would be the effects of AAS usage and trt on fertility. I know its been beat to death but its probably one of my biggest concerns and the one side affect I sometimes lose sleep over lol. I think it would be interesting not only to see medical studies but personal accounts and experiences of members of this board and/or people they know personally.

This sounds cool! I've been reading the interview threads and really dig those. I wish there were more of them more often. Maybe this will fill the void. It sounds like a great idea. You guys got it going on!

Deciding to self prescribe TRT instead of yoyo-ing with blast, PCT, blast, PCT. I'm not sure how to word it. I've got some more, but let me think on it.

    Creatine effect on DHT

GHRP/GHRH and nutrient timing, specifically, blood glucose levels

Exogenous HGH effect on natural GH

How to get ladies off exercise bikes and in squat racks

promoting nitrous oxide levels and an explanation of their beneficial effects

    do NSAID inhibit muscle gains

collagen synthesis: mitigators, moderators and promoters

I read in NYTimes of a study that found a correlation between exogenous testosterone and forgetfulness. This is contrary to everything else I've heard. Ideas?

    Where are all my sox?

Don't know where you train but the ladies here are in the squat racks reverse squats hacks. And they all wear yoga pants. It's a win win.

Probably one of those risible "studies" where they put patients on blast doses of T without any AI then pull data of that sort.

About creatine and DHT the link I believe is creatine supplementation raising intracellular IGF-1 (study), IGF-1 is the majoy regulator of 5-AR expression (study) in the body so that's why and increase in DHT levels has been noted in some studies (imo).

Women and AAS, some discussion between women that have some first hand experience is always cool.
    Some topics in that area:
    -women's endocrine system being a little different;
-how fast does virilization really happen?
-any considerations needed about their menstrual cycle and such?
-postive and negative sides in general

    I second this!

Would love to know the effects on voice change(I know once you reach a certain point you basically can't get it back) how quick it can happen and thoughts of women crashing their estrogen and using SERMs if not AAS! Surely it increases androgens and the effects on the body etc?

Interesting, do we have enough experience female members to fill the panel?

Well, we do at least have some that have used anavar.
And they should at least know someone that's used some other stuff.
But really, just their experience would be 100% better than none.
