Damn that middle one is a beast. I don't deer hunt much anymore, but I always loved bird hunting with the dogs. My hobby is really fishing, couple others on here are too.

A pretty girl with a ponytail and wearing a baseball cap. Gets me revved up every time.
A good timed run at the range.
Spending time outside with my wife and the beast.
Hanging out at the house when we get the bands of rain and wind from tropical storms.
    Females in general.
Going outside @ 3 a.m. or so when I get a day off of work and watching the wildlife (we are in a very rural area. No cable TV, no DSL, they have run public water lines, but they aren't in service yet).

Note: This list is by no means complete. Just a few random thoughts.
There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

Hopeless situations and the adrenaline associated with it.
It is why I have the job I do, why I listen to the music I do, and why I have an undeserved reputation as the local crazy feller.
I do my best to maintain it. My girlfriend is softening me up though. She is making me love her so much that I like life.
    Nice bucks btw!

Well if you mean getting the adrenaline going I'm a very chill and mild person but if I feel threatened I turn can turn wild at any moment.

Other than that, there is one particular person able to pull that trigger, in fact I dreamed of her tonight, but nevermind.

Lmao! Freaking europeans are going full gay!
"I wish you wouldn't have posted that, I need therapy now" lmao! This place is great sometimes.

    Hey euro folks,
They let schools out in my part of the United States, when deer season opens.
Its because every kid here hunts deer and none show up when they have school.
Its also why no one will ever invade mainlandUS.

Here is the fair fight... I am human, I am more intelligent and can survive with ease in comparison to an animal.
My Great Grandad would tell you how he survived the great depression was deer meat.
He will also would kill the man that wastes a deer.

Its more than a pastime here. It is a right of passage most lucky, young men get to partake in, in rural areas. I shot my first deer alone when I was ten.

Deer hunting os a bitch and a damn pure sport.
Animals are here for us to eat. Some go grocery shopping, others get it themselves.

The most valuable lessons I have ever learned were during hunts. Its a tradition that runs full depth.
It makes good men when it is taught properly.

There's too much death in the world as it is. Animals are born to die... they are going to be killed no matter what. I don't see why a deer that is doing no harm should be added to the death toll.

Was a vegetarian for 3 years as Well as having shot birds and rabbits.... just my perspective as I've got a little older.

You aren't wrong I just disagree

Do you turkey hunt? Or other species? I'm a bird hunter. My family were fishermen and that's what I've always done. I got into hunting and have had to learn on my own. It's hard getting into hunting when you get older and know absolutely nothing. My wife says I need to stick to fishing because I can at least get meat in the freezer, lol.

I do, I Trout fish a lot. Crappie is one of my favorites. I really like fishing for flathead catfish freshwater speaking. I want to get into sturgeon fishing in the near future. Right now since I'm on the east coast, I have been doing a ton of Salt Water fishing.

There are two types of countries in this world. Those whose citizens hunt and those whose Citizens have been bailed out in two World Wars..lol

Yea huge double standard . Im a predator , I prey on my food and have the stones to be proud about it . Instead of falling in line and telling myself it's ok to raise and mass slaughtering animals all the while the next in line gets to see what coming to it next . Were is the ethics in that ?

Try getting within 20 yards with archery equipment from a mature animal the has a nose strong enough to smell something a half of a mile away , or 40 feet underground . This country was raised on whitetail hunting how do you think the dollar get its nickname ? Well in short you would get a buck for a buckskin , whitetail deer are one of the largest sustainable resource success story in the entire country . At one point only numbering about 50,000 . Thankfully do to hunters and the beginning of conservation thanks to teddy rosevelt now our deer herds number in the millions country wide . Honestly the only person that would have an argument that is legit is a vegetarian . And in fact that only till I bring it to there attention that I'm also shooting the deer to protect the plants that the vegetarians eat : D .
