I really like this guy. He has some weird views and can give some bad info but his build is awesome.
I will look like Seth Feroce before I die.
He is short so I am going to be 280lb before I do look like him.
Look at his shoulders and traps! I watched his shoulder workout and it looked like a bitch.
Seth puts some serious effort in.

Anyway, till I stroke or heart attack, this is my goal.
    Wish I started sooner.

And a bunch more shots of the horse in this and a million other videos.

I admire your determination and also the fire within you to even think that obs but at your age you'd know by now if you have those typesof genetics but i encourage your drive.

I don't look anything like him he's outstanding and very unique. I've got more chance walking on water than looking like that mate lol

Thanks, I believe I do though. I am just starting. I can't try, I just have to do as Seth would say, "stop trying and fucking do it."

I may not be show quality but I have recently learned just how good I am at putting on mass. A lot of that was your threads too. You arent too far off from seth. He is 240lb day to day.

I propose we take a poll in private to have silabolin banned from this site. He is here for no other purpose than cause problems. I think its clear that he goes against the very foundation of this forum and everything it stands for.

Welcome back euroholic. Lots of things have happened in your time off. Hope you have been good. I am working on my etiquette lately as I have found better ways than being angry all the time.

I had a picture of Seth in my head when I worked out today. I held it and caught flashing glimpses of it, behind the pain and hatred I require to propely tear down my arms.

During court today I got a nice calm pumped feeling.
Everyone at some point will find themselves deathly afraid of something. I have had a life filled with some adrenaline jacking situations, I have done a lot of crazy shit. I like it.

My brother told me when he started riding bulls, "The only difference between professional and a nobody is mindset, can you function better or worse under a rush, that is the difference"

This is gospel to me now.
You won't get anywhere spectacular if you don't have something the mediocre people do not have.
My talent has become what my brother always tried to beat in to me, use your fear as a tool. I can do this well, I learned to take emotions and turn them to hatred and use it for focus and drive. I have walked through the valley enough times I can convert fear as well.
They say what doesn't kill you makes you stronger; only if you learn from it. Seth Feroce has a motivated attitude and he gets this. One of my favorite speeches of his: https://youtu.be/jnDC6VB3XsM

This is the difference between standard and exceptional. What tools do you have? What the fuck can you do that no one else can? Are you scared? Good! Use it! Convert it! My brother was born with it, I had to learn it. You can make yourself whatever you choose men.

Just about passed out or had cardiac arrest on my arm day. Got too hot and too exerted. I did a great job for a week after pct. Hatred is my friend, adrenaline is my pet and it does what it is told or it gets the hose.

Anyway, dry heaved, panting to no avail, heart racing, shit started fading out, standing there with my water I thought, "Shit I am gonna die and I am supposed to get the girls from school."
So I left 15 min early. Car had been in full sun all day... Fuuuucking hoooot! So, I said screw it rolled down the windows and I just flat stopped sweating though I was still searching for oxygen. Parked in front of the school with my ac on, in my soaked wife beater panting like a dog.

I lived though, and all the folks at the school got to see me with a true pump on.

    Good times.

I never knew you rode. I quit too but my brother is bad messed up. 12 ortho surgeries, too many broke bones to count, 27 skull fractures, paralysis of one side of his face, deaf in one ear. He is nothing but scars all over his body.

He still does it. He sent me a video of an unridden bounty bull he is planning on riding soon. Thats his world. Mine will be the gym.

You are one irritating dude Sil! It's a shame you feel the need to undermine anyone but I'd take a long hard look at yourself and you've got 20+ cycles under your belt but haven't changed body composition at all... tbh your posts are a joke... do not respond unless you take it to PM thx!

I rode for the base team while in the USMC something I always wanted too try. After a yr I transferred to another base and was thinking about doing it again. But I did some soul searching.I was steeped on a couple time thrown against the fence and I walked away with no broken bones.I watched my friend get his face stepped on just grazed and he took a bunch of stiches I figured I would quit while I could still walk away.

My worst wreck I got directly stomped on my bladder with both of a bulls back feet. Reall messed up some tissue. I was just not close to as good as my brother at it. He pushed me to continue but I finally got to explain that it was his thing and not mine. It was a healthy choice too.

    Just a random memory...
I remember my dad saying I was gonna be a wrestler because of my neck and back at age 5 or 6.

My wrestling so far has been mma classes and illegal things. I havent spoken to my father in over a year. He wont recognize me when he we see each other again. I hope he isn't disappointed that I became a bodybuilder instead lol!

I hate looking back on my adult life and certain parts of my childhood. My grandaddy told me when you get old you will finally be able to slow down and reminisce. He said you can look back and remember thing you had otherwise entirely forgotten. Hope thats true because I have the memory of a goldfish. Seems like good memories are harder to remember than bad ones. Once in a while I pull up a memory that I feel like was gone before. Its rare but the memory of my dad saying that was one of them that just returned from the abyss.
Just fyi I was a good wrestler, I would still rather take two hits to get someone on the ground than toe to toe it. Not everything the old man said was wrong, he had good points.
