I like to watch all things bodybuilding.

Post up some of your favorites from social media YouTube or websites.

WATCH: Morgan Aste vs. Big Ramy - Two Biggest Bodybuilders Ever ? Fitness Volt

This is one that I watch a lot.

I listen to mostly motivational when I start my workout eating some fruit wait on my preworkout to kick in...I like to get inside my head....visualization and part daydreaming...switch to music once I get going...I'm all over though...as they say if the mind can conceive it the body can achieve it...

Generation Iron is garbage bro. They take Nick's strength and power vidoes off youtube and post them on their facebook feed. They pass the videos off as their own. Their content is garbage IMO and I bet the videos you like are probably Nick's lol.

He is a damn good lifter!
Are you still on this subject?
One thing imperative to remember is speed and power are seperate things.
I.E. I am what I am. Pussy bench press, but I hold the record in my area for hardest hitter at 217, against guys that can rep a shit ton more than me. Fact is I do not want to fight a lot of those guys that I can hit harder than. I dont want to bench against that guy and I assure you, that guy doesnt awant to fight me.
I didnt mean to be rude about it. I thought we were good. I am done derailing threads for the day.

We have weight classes to maake fair fights so true talent can be measured otherwise I assure you there would be one champ and he would be a big son of a bitch, he would not be in the lower half of the 100-200lb range. In fact he probably wouldnt be under 250.
Again, sorry we got all wound up, if you see me dont hit me that shit hurts.

I think it's the illusion created by low bodyfat. You look bigger when really lean than you do above 1o-12% and maybe a little bloated. Look much smaller when clothed at sub 10% though.

    Thanks for bumping my thread

I really like Chris Bumsteads Physique. Not to knock Breon, but I think Chris should have took the last two classic Physique Olympias.

look up on you tube and watch anything and everything by dr Mike Israetel, especially in regards to training. he's the man and quite entertaining as well

as far as AAS . youtube is filled with a bunch of dumb ass bros that don't know shit let alone know the science, chemistry, and biology of how this all works. 90% of what you get on youtube about AAS is going to be wrong imo . BUT, look up Broderick Chavez (evil genius sport performance). he's got the most accurate information on all of youtube in regards to AAS. he has a degree in biology and has worked in the pharma/lab setting and understands things from the scientific perspective (plus he's a bro on top of it having been a world class power lifter).
    - but he does not post that much stuff .. heck makes me think I should start my own youtube channel and get more info out there on AAS.

note: coincidentally I recommend both these guys and Broderick Chavez is actually Mike Israetels AAS and diet coach (even though Mike has the PHD and has trained and lectured thousands of people and runs Renaisance Periodization). I also recommend pretty much anything from Renaisance Periodization.

YouTube is... frustrating when it comes to AAS.
almost as annoying as Mike O’hern still telling the world steroids are bad and that’s why he doesn’t do them.

I will definitely check these out.

If you do start a youtube station let me know. I have a lot of long commutes, and intelligent AAS videos would be very welcome.

Whatever they know, I need to know. I know Rolley is a genetic freak, and I’m cool with that, but I’m also sure that I will have no idea what my own genetic potential is until I’ve done everything there is to do.

I'm convinced that 95% of us leave a whole lot left of our genetic potential on the table and never optimize it.. and its not 'steroids ' , heck half the guys in the gym are on steroids and they all look like shit. there is a magic formula that works and most of us just never tap into it or we just never are consistent enough to optimize things .
oxygen gym works for these guys because its 24/7 consistency and optimization

All they do is eat and train and rest and eat and train and rest and eat.

I think I could be an IFBB Pro in Classic if I trained their for a couple of years. Personal chefs, personal coaches, massage, etc. all to grow, gain and recover.

I think I could be an IFBB Pro in Classic if I trained their for a couple of years. Personal chefs, personal coaches, massage, etc. all to grow, gain and recover.
agree . most of us can never be a pro or even win a simple show because we slack , we miss meals, we miss workouts, we miss injections, we don't have a single thing optimized, and even when we do get our shit together and get consistent it only lasts for like 2 months .. this shit has to be consistent for 10 years straight day in and day out every minute of the day. thats what separates us mere mortals from the pros (genetics apart). they grind this lifestyle out every day year after year

If I were young and independently wealthy, I would just live there and train and do nothing else
