Workout was okay tonight. Was chest. Got a headache whenever i was pressing. Also v v low on energy due to my second day on a harsh deficit and 0 carbs.
Still managed 44kg dumbells for chest press so wasnt that bad. Head wasnt fully in it though.
Got 500kcal of cardio done straight after.
Diet - 500g chicken
440g tuna
Protein powder
Lots of broccoli
6 eggs
Peanut butter

Im about to turn 19 years old and i have thr test levels like im an elderly man or ive been abusing anabolics for the last couple of decades. Im not prepared to wait 5 or 6 years to see if they raise by 100ng/dl. Last two total t have came out at 277 and 340ng/dl and free t under the range also.
Very young for it obviously. No doubt lots of people will disagree.Last edited by hollowedzeus; 08-01-2017 at 01:24 AM.

It seems to me you have your dream, you are overly cautious healthwise, and you should be pumping out some decently high test numbers at this age.
I don't disagree at all. You wont magically start producing high test values later in life after all you have done to try to increase them at your age.
My advice is do it. Anyone who says different please explain and be prepared to look like a dumbass.
If there is a trt candidate, you are it.
If someone hasnt been following zeuses jouney, please inform yourself before posting.

Good arms session today despite running on fumes this morning. Absolutely no energy.
Strength isnt dipping too much which is nice. Going to run 3000kcal with 150-200c tomorrow.
Managed 15 mins cardio today. Exausted and my headphone ran out of charge. Raging

True, i started my TRT at 20, almost 21, glad i did that early , for instance my shoulders grew a ton, as far as work on the body i'm satisfied , although i still need to work on my mind, but i'm getting way better in social situations
Low T really fked up my head , if i remember correctly my total T lvls were 110ng/dl at 20, no wonder i ended up with shitloads of issues
Edit: even at that lvl i still had normal erections and no libido issues , just gyno and couldn't build any muscle at allLast edited by Myers; 08-01-2017 at 12:33 PM.

Im the the opposite of what you said there lol. However if i pinch a bit behind my right nipple its almost like a 'node' is the word that springs to mind to describe it. I dont think its gyno as ive noticed it for a couple of years. Perhaps just a weird bit of fat tissue.
Its like i can pinch it and feel it but i cant grab it

Zeus,
Don't hesitate. Maybe get BW again, from a different place, to confirm. I suggest the BW because you did so well in our contest. However, I feel annoyed to know that you have to deal with this. I probably should have started TRT long ago. Your really a great guy, it bothers me to think about not just the personal happiness your missing out on but also, the experiences which help to mold you into your full potential. Not just issues relating to sports, cosmetics and sex but, on a much deeper level, your psyche. Get this sussed out and make a decision at a time appropriate for you (fuckin soon, please). You are one of the people in society that we need. As a social libertarian its hard for me to pressure you but, you have a gift in the way you relate to others. Fix this and become optimal. You make the world better as you are but, maybe you could have an even greater impact.
TEAM ZEUS!

I appreciate your kind words immensly. However i believe you overestimate my greatness
I will have a little look and see where else does blood work. So far ive had 2 nhs tests and 1 private. I think i might even get another at the clinic im going to.
You think i cheated in the comp?
I have something missing as i am. Not everyone can see it but some can. Aside from missing libido i have a supreme lack of authority ive noticed. I am a teacher in training and i dont feel i have thr oomph in my directions that i need (if you knoe what i mean).
Im glad you have such a high opinion of me, it is an extremly nice feeling to know this so i thank you
I absolutely believe t to be my issue. Parents use of steroids (apparantly unrelated but im not convinced). Lack of 'young man' feelings and attitude. Called low t levels before my first test.
I will absolutely take whatever trt that is offered to me. Even clomid should i be able to get nothing else.... despite me having months of supply at home that i ended up not using lol.
I have access to test at a moments notice its hard to resist.
Hope you are keeping well quester is good to chat to you again.

Sides have been pretty painful today for some reason.
Not really counting calories just eating the same protein with more carbs.

I understand why its preached. However i will not have a substandard of living because some people disagree.
I accept any and all consequences that accompany this decision.
I am not using trt as an excuse to cycle as some others my age do.
Without giving myself a pat on the back, im a responsible and saftey conscious young man who would love to enjoy his life without a cloud hanging over me.
Is there a price to pay? Absolutely. Cash? Yes. Inconveinence? Yes. Some years off my life? Maybe.
Everything has a price, its just whether is worth it to you.

Being a punk running a cycle when your hormone levels are stellar is one thing.
When you have tried everything to raise your hormone levels, as zeus has and have failed, trt is no longer avoidable.
He can either feel like shit the rest of his life or do it. Bizarro and I do not condone trt to people under 23.
Zeus is an exceptional case.
