It's a never ending cycle until taxation is so high the working people can't afford to live. Just recently my business got fined for something that was approved of last year... They're doing all they can to collect more money.

I like to think things through and find the root cause. The root cause is that people in general lack a proper understanding of property. Taxation is theft unless we willingly pay it. Through this proxy called the state, people in general don't see any wrong in taking someone else's property for their own egoistic reasons.

That last statement is and will always be a true man to me. I held true to this from the age of sixteen and I put myself through hell because of this belief. I never quit, laid down, or sought refuge from my ways.

I have been an employee who was patted on the back daily until I was sick of compliments. I got the compliments such as "You are the best we have ever seen or had" until it made me sick because I realized I was being played.

Now, I send employees home with a pat on the back after a hard day when I think they may quit. Why do I pat them on the back? Because I cant afford to give them a bonus every day to make them feel special when they are more easily replaceable.

If an employee gets too much attention or praise they start thinking they are worth more than they are and they feel they are entitled to things they are not. I have seen both sides of this. Corporations vs. Individuals is not so complicated. Corporations are started by individuals. Individuals are greedy. When the situation is reversed the results are no different. Mankind has been fighting this debacle since it began. Socialism was started to combat this.

Fact is the only cure is to go your own way. Start your own little company and in time with enough effort applied your employees will be working their asses off, more for pats on the back thinking they are important, than for money.
