    Oh yeah.....
    Other goal is to stop jacking off right handed. Left only! Vasculartiy is bad disproportionate.

    My right is a shit ton better though. Its like looking at two ugly girls and saying "Who is shittiest in bed? Thats the one I want."

    If I had a need for both I would be in porn. I need one so I took up bodybuilding.

    Same here, I was put down for nearly 2 full years plus the interim trying to figure out what to do with my knee. I have had almost a solid year of training relatively injury free (other than a sore groin) i haven’t had that good of a stretch ever!

    2018 is seeing me train a ton smarter. I’m not going to push my self to do stupid or crazy amounts of weight anymore. Honestly, I seem to grow better with volume than I do heavy weight. I use to think heavy ass weight was the only way. But now all I think about it is how easy it is to get hurt and not gain shit.

    2018 I’m going to get my mass up, trim my waist down. Get below 8% BF and do a show or two. AND do it injury free and healthy!

    Get to where I cant scratch the back of my head or neck. Almost there.
