Hold tight to a slingshot training, diet, and cycling.
Reload/deload 8wk/2wk involving diet, training, and cycling for about 7 months. I better be a different guy by then about 235 and same bf% as now.
The next nine months are vital to my future in this and I won't tolerate things getting in the way.
I have a two month break coming where I get to bust ass on trt doses and try to maintain...
Oh, and after my 9 month spree, I will take two months off and do it again.

Get TRT (in process already), nebido, finish first couple injections (approx 24 weeks...) and do two short burst cycles before the year ends.
Make it a better run than 2017 if anything it has been a poor year.

Finish what I started this year. My original goal was to be 18% bf by spring, I'm thinking this competition is gonna push me to go lower. Same as last year,lower body fat and more muscle. 2017 started very good but the last 3 months were a little rough.
2018 is the year.
I will definitely be spending more time with the grandkids and doing things I enjoy this year. Life is to short to spend it all at work.

Finishing up whats left of my npp and tren...then its just Test for about 90 days.
Way overdue.
Time to clean it up a bit.
Gonna suck..but oh well.

My goal is to train with regularity while I see how this new TRT regimin makes my body feel. Learn as much as I can from this forum. Maybe plan a 12 week test only blast for later in the year if I feel like thats the right thing to do.
