HAHAHA. Yeah, must admit some of the new movements I have learned over the last 1 1/2 year seems a bit odd to me but it boils down to two of them, mostly. Kipping pull-ups and Butterfly pull-ups. It does make it faster for competition though which is what I care about at the moment.

Actually I'm proud of myself, didn't drink any beer. I did eat one piece of pizza and drank a Dr Pepper. Not bad considering the environment
Diet is going well for me. Not as anal as MuscleScience so I am just smelling my pee and not using Ketosticks and thus far I am not in Ketosis. I can feel the lack of glycogen in my muscles during workouts and especially afterward. Hoping this is going to pass soon. It's a bit hard to get through the workouts in full speed as I am a bit low on energy but doing the best I can.

Dropped 5lbs as of this morning. Got a real good arm workout in, didn't get any cardio. Still trying to dial the diet in to where I got enough energy for working out. Eca stack starting to bother my stomach, probably cause if the tren, probably gonna drop the eca and go with clen, two weeks on two weeks off. Overall pretty happy with week one.
Down 3 lbs as of this morning. Started keto on monday morning.
Considered doing a cycle just to scared of needles. So I just raised my androjel 1/2 pump.

Has anyone taken NPP? I have read up on it, but I would like some user feedback. I am expanding my horizons and trying NPP (formerly deca lover).
What results did you obtain on NPP? How long did it take to see a difference? Do you have a favorite AAS to use with NPP?

Charger, you asked for critique on the physique, nach3s was great the only thing I would add is IMO thighs could be a little bit bigger, your torso overpowers them, though I usually think people need more legs lol. The loose skin might become more of an issue if you drop lots of weight. A mild, cost effective and long term treatment is isotretinoin cream in the AM (it will trigger a response to regenerate skin cells) and salicylic acid in the PM (it will kill off about-to-die cells which will help isotretinoin go deeper and trigger a slight response to regenerate cells) probably won't help with loose skin as much but will improve the appearance of the skin and elasticity. Use it on my face daily and notice I look much healthier. Might want to fix that for when you're on stage!
