In Jersey you're not allowed to pump your own gas.

Have a friend that moved there and said he got yelled at all the time for trying to pump his own gas.

I’m pretty sure New Jersey has similar laws.

While it is a real easy thing if someone was never showed how would they know.We who have done it for years take it for granted being it's so simple but I watched my stepson keep hitting the help button on the pump one day and then realized I never showed him how I always did it.Lesson learned make your kid pump the gas.

Make your kid learn to do everything. My dad always made stuff fun. Like Changing tired and oil and such so I would want to learn. Then when I knew how to do everything good, he made my ass do it all

He had a master plan behind it all.

Absolutely love my dad for this, can thank him enough for how he raised me. I was raised it a “fix it” family and that’s how i gained skills to get me a high paying trade job. Which led me to be able to pay for my undergrad, etc. Thanks dad

Make your kid learn to do everything. My dad always made stuff fun. Like Changing tired and oil and such so I would want to learn. Then when I knew how to do everything good, he made my ass do it all

He had a master plan behind it all.
