Yes Im still alive and kicking
Im just trolling to see who is still here.
Dont let the rumors fool you about me moving to Thailand or Philippines with some YOUNG hot thing or being kept as a prisoner in Marcus dungeon. OK fine, it's sort of true. No I haven't moved YET but hopefully in the next 1-2 years.
Those of you who know me I dont preach what I dont practice so that's why I have not been active lately. I have not been active so to speak in the gym. I'm probably having surgery on at least one if not both shoulders this year to try to get them back in working condition.
My lower back after 2 surgeries L3 & L4, L5/S1 is doing great but the shoulders keep me from doing anything overhead for the most part. Yeah excuses excuses.
I have not fallen apart completely and still maintain a decent base although I'm about 10-15 lbs heavier than I should be and higher BF but not exactly obese yet.
The last couple of years have been interesting. Lots of changes for the better the last 6 months but having to climb out of some holes so to speak. Recently got out of 7 year mistake that cost me greatly but could have been 10x worse. Getting into another situation that I believe makes the last 7 years all worth it. As Ive always said, everything happens for a reason and without the last 7 year distraction the current situation would not have been possible.
Im not sure how active Im going to be for a while. I'm trying to ease back into thing gradually but also feel quite humbled with my current situation and disappointed in myself.
OK shoot your questions if you want. BTW, did I miss my interview I was supposed to do? lol

Seems as if you are speaking in code here...May help if you offer a little explanation of the 7 years and also the "new" found opportunity. If this is meant for a few select people, maybe the "back room" would be better.
Regardless, welcome back, good to see a longstanding productive member resurface.

Wow! Great to see you back lovbytes! Sorry to hear about all the issues but you’re right, everything happens for a reason. I’m guilty of being away for a while then resurfacing too. Lot going on in our lives that compete for attention. Good seeing you back man!

True but Filipino girls have more stamina and put up a good effort.
Yeah I have a few more stories/pictures to share at a later date of course. I finally got around to making a couple (4x) trips last year.
My next trip is February and April. I haven't planned anything past that yet. lolLast edited by lovbyts; 01-16-2018 at 04:11 AM.

It was better than giving up 50% of my pension, 1/2 my toys, 1/2 my other properties and such. You get the idea. Yeah I know, I should have been a widower a 3rd time.
Next house will be better, bigger, nicer and not in the US. Already starting plans and even found some VERY good help.

haha, no we have already done that, been there and you defiantly got me beat on surgeries. I think last count I was around 22 but yours are more extensive and your comeback of course is nothing less than impressive.
If I could I would be moving tomorrow but BEST case scenario 1 year. More likely 2-3 years.
There are just to many big changes at work coming and my brain is already leaking information. Im not cut out for this rocket science stuff anymore. Maybe if I only lived and breathed satellite technology and RF, Ku/Ka communications instead of being a jack of all trades I would stick with it a few more years. I want to study the female Filipino anatomy more while I still can. I hope thats for a VERY long time. I have some good motivation to move sooner than later also. Even my daughter approves, imagine that.
Its going to be tough giving up the toys though and a LOT of work trying to liquidate 40 years worth of accumulating tools and stuff... Yeah Im a hoarder.

Im sure I still have shirts from High school. lol
If I was to retire and live in the US maybe another 10+ years.
Since I plan on liquidating everything and moving to Philippines as soon as I can get rid of everything and make the proper arrangements for banking, retirement/pension etc I'm gone.

I'm not really failiar with you but would like to ask about the back situation
Do you do decompression or anything other than surgery to fix? What happened with the lower back that left you out of the gym for so long?

It depends on what you consider decent I guess. You can eat good for $5 a day if you eat local and not restaurants. Its still eating out but mostly at make shift restaurants.
You can easily find a 1 bedroom 1 bath room for $30 a month not including water and power.
Ill know more soon because I plan on starting to build a house before I move so later this year.
