im not gonna give one only because i believe i struggle in all areas. Theres always room for improvement
Ive got gyno...so, I would def. have to say my 36DD's....oooohhh yhea...LOL
my forearms are kind of nice.
the skin between my toes is freakin awesome. i get compliments on it all the time.

In lamens terms its when you work one LARGE muscle group (legs) and you release chemicals which stimulate growth of other surrounding muscle groups. I feel like I look like shit! And totally embarrased at what I look like for lifting so hard for so long! But I get told my back thickness and traps...
but in my eye....definately the lobes!
