Ok today was Quad day.. just tried something different and wondering if anyone has tried it.
4 sets leg extensions
4 sets 2X4 squats
4 sets leg extensions
then I did calves and about 30 minutes later
4 sets 2X4 squats
2 sets front squats on smith machine....
Just wondering if anyone has done the "rest" period for like 30 or more minutes and then went right back into it... cause it HURTS!! hehe
