And it's not too good. **** is stuck all in my teeth, and has a bitterness that is quite unfavorable
id puke if i had to do that...just drinking my normal **** makes me nearly gag

There was an easier way of doing this. Go buy a bottle water and pour out some of the water. Make a funnel out of a piece of paper and pour the protein powder into the watter bottle. Shake and drink. :)
