I know you have to eat and sleep right. 4000-5000 cals/ day and around 400g protein/ day. That should treat ya ok. :lift:

Just keep calories up at least 3-4 weeks after cyc, then gradually reduce carbs to maintenance level...which will be higher than before the cycle.
