I've seen studies that have shown that the major power moves, like squat, deadlift, and bench, actually increase testosterone production. By how much, i really dont know, but still a cool little fact non the less.
I have read thath before, but my problem is when I am done with squats/dl's I am done smoked I can barely stand let alone get into another workout
I always do some high paced cardio for 20 minutes before and after workout.. Seems to work quite well for me..
