im on a cycle of test cyp/eq and ill be adding sum winny and tren towrds the end of cycle i was wondering what kinda exercises can help out give mass to the arms and what steroids are good to build up muscle tissue in the arms???
help me out my arms are 17.5 i wanna get them to at least 19"

And I don't thing there are any steroids that only build muscle in the arms, they work their magic everywhere else in the body too.......Some guys do site injections, do a search on those.

was reading a journal on IGF-1 R3 where the guy was saying that "the 2nd head" of his bicep was getting bigger as a result of bicep inj's. IGF can also promote new muscle growth, check out the IGF/HGH/Insulin forum.
