Second Cycle for experience bodybuilder
Stats: 24, 6', 205 lbs (Max 214, if i eat high carbs), 12% BF, 41/2 dedicated.
One basic cycle under belt and a year and a half after that placed 3rd at a Natural competition. ( 5 weeks to prepare, competed at 182 lbs down from 214)
Now I a ready to go to a non-tested event, and with this cycle I plan Volume training 1 bodypart/day, 15 - 20 rep sets.
I planned my second cycle as follows:
Deca: 300mg, DBOL: 10mg, Test Enanthate: 250mg
WK 1 - 8 DECA 600 mg (2 ml) EW Injected Thursday
WK 1 - 3 TEST 500mg (2 ml) EW Injected Monday
WK 3 - 5 TEST 750mg (1.5 ml x 2) EW Injected Monday, Friday
(DECA INJECTED WEDNESDAY)
WK 6,7 TEST 500mg (2 ml) EW Injected Monday
WK 8,9,10 TEST 250mg (1 ml) EW Injected Monday
(DECA INJECTED THURSDAY)
WK 10 - 13 TREN 100mg EOD
I have calculated my calories for bulking/cutting and everything is set to go. Only question is how I should take Clen. I have Liquid Labs liquid Clen @ 120 mcg/ml 50ml bottle.
My research indicates 20mcg tabs for beginners, taken after meals(Taurine/potassium: 5g/1g). But liquid (oral) 1/4 ml = 40mcg.
Should I start off with 1/4ml ED for a week and then increase dosage?
and I planned to incorporate it
WK 11 - 14 (40 mcg/80 mcg/120 mcg/120 mcg weekly)?
