my winter bulk up program
just wondering what you giys think of my 6 month winter bulk program supplements if i could make it better please let me know!
CURRENt BODY WEIGHT 220lbs
supplement use:
1. one animal pak ed
2. 10g glutimine ed
3. 10g creatine ed
4. 1g protein per lb bw
5. 12.5mcg t3 ed
6. 10iu slin (humalog) after workouts 4weeks on 4 off
AFTER WORKOUT SUPS:
1. 50g isolate pro
2. dexrose 6g-1 IU of slin)
3. 5g creatine
4. 5g glutimine
5. 10 amino acid tabs
meals:
5 meals a day 3 hours apart
