hey whats going on im new to this site and im thinking about doing my 1st cycle ive been working out for years on and off but for the past few months been to the gym regularly im thinking im almost ready for my 1st cycle but before i wanted to learn as much possible to help myself benefit from it..i just started reading up on some things but i still need to learn alot..what do any of you recomend for a 1st cycle im looking to build mass and weight for the winter then for spring cut it and make myself more definied..what does anybody suggest for a 1st cycle to get started then get me going to meet this goal and what kind of cycle should i take to cut myself down for spring n summer..i read taht stacking on your 1st cycle isnt always great because if i get side effects i cant tell witch drug is doing it to me..im also not familiar with these drugs so much yet im looking for quality muscle with a little amount of side effects, i understand that side effects are almost impossible to get away from but any advuice would help..even what your 1st 2nd and so on cycles work and what you think would be the best for me...im 5'7" 165
