The cycle looks good...you know most people would like for you to post more information. Anyways, the cycle looks good...now how much do you plan on eating...that is what is going to make you put on the weight. Also, you dont need the nolvadex ed...keep it on hand only if you need it.
You are kinda light for your height. This your first cycle? Looks good to me but i would add a DHT derived steriod at the end for the last 6 weeks. Winny or var 50mg ed.

Looks good to me that way, Chem, with the upped dbol, but I would hit the clo with 300mg the first day, 100mg/day for a week, and then possibly reduce to 50mg/day for 2 or 3 weeks. A 10 week cycle of test only with a dbol kicker is a nice conservative cycle and should have you recovering well on 50mg/day of clo with a front load. If your diet and training are up to snuff you ought to see some nice growth, too. Me, I don't bother with anti-e unless I notice or imagine that I notice any symptoms of gyno. Lipids profile on moderate doses of test for moderate duration, if there is not ALREADY a problem, shouldn't be a major concern. Still, it won't really hurt anything to use it.

Oh and CHRIS ADAMS. I have trianed naturaly and I personaly think that 3500 Kal is enough for me as I only ever used to eat once a day before I started training properly so my requirements are not the same as everyone elses.

Watch your bodyweight. If you don't gain 3 lbs or so in week 5 you are not eating enough. That's my own personal rule of thumb. I weigh every morning and graph it out, and try to run a straight line through/near as many of the points as possible. That gives a very accurate "virtual weight" that is largely independant of normal day to day fluctuations... sort of a dynamic average. It is the only way to accurately determine such small differences.Quote:

you upped the dbol from 25 to 45, try 35mg split throughout the day. and start pct on week 12 if your last shot of test is week 10
