Hey Bros, I recently gained 20 pounds of fat/muscles(natural). my weight is 250 with bf in the range of 14 to 18 percent.
I read alot of the post and you guys keep insisiting to eat clean and alot, so I did. I look like I can pick up a truck(people often ask me if I'm a body builder, so my bf could be much lower), but my strenght just isn't there yet.
I've been lifting for a little over 2 years and all I can bench is 225 about six times. Does anyone have any ideals of what could be going wrong?
I'm trying to hold off from cycling for as long as I could, but it looks like I'm going to have to start.
