i always have done at least 1 gram per lb that i wanted to weigh and at very least you should do 200 grams per day now. drink lots of water protein hard on kidneys
if you are on a vyvle you should get at least 1.5 g of protein per lb. that is a minimum, you should try for 2 grams/lb especially if you are on a cycle
try for 300g of protien a day and 400+carbs a day and shit loads of water if on mass cycle
