Deca or Test Prop

I'm starting my first cycle soon and I was wondering what to cycle with winstrol? I'm either considering Prop or Deca. I'm 5'10" 165lbs 23yo. I'm looking to get to 185-190. Also if you guys could help me decide on a PCT. Thanks guys

Prop woule be better, but you will have to inject it at least EOD. Why not consider a Test with a longer ester so you won't have to inject so much. Cypionate or Enanthate would be better for a first cycle to get the hang of things.

Next, if you decide to run gear...use test.

5'10" 165lbs 23yo I've been lifting for 4 years now, the past year I have really concentrated on a good diet. I'm looking to gain around 20lbs. Does anyone think that a winstrol only cycle for eight weeks can produce the same affect?

u need some test! so prop...but prop should b shot everyday.

a good 1st cycle is:
wks 1-10 test e/cyp 500mg/week shot twice a week
wks 1-4 dbol 30mg/ed
nolva 10mg/thruout
pct...

but if u want winny then:
wks 1-10 test e 500mg/week
wks 3-9 winny 50mg/ed
nolva 10mg/thruout
pct...

Correct me if I'm wrong but shouldnt the winny be run a little different for proper pct timming due to its very short half life. Say weeks 4-10 since the test is active for more weeks dont see why you would stop winny b4 test.

I take around 2500 calories a day, I think the problem is too much cardio. I run for about a half an hour to an hour a day.

Yes, low calories combined with a heavy amount of cardio would greatly hinder your gains. I would hold off on the juice, cut some of your cardio out and up your calories until you start gaining some weight again. Steriods won't help if you're starving your muscles.

I'm planning on cutting the cardio to two days a week and upping my calorie intake to 3500+ when I start the cycle. I hope that is going to be enough calories.

About right, eat at least 250gr of protien with that. Agree with the Test E/Cyp instead of the prop. Why the winnie..at 9% bodyfat? Save it for your later cycles after you get addicted :wg:
