Do not buy ZMA. it is over priced. for the price of one bottle you can get Zinc and Magnesium seperately and it will last 3 times as long.
oh yea i take glutamine also....and im going to take hmb because ive already loaded up on all the supplements i have listed so i might as well take them since i have them..i was just wondering if its ok to take zma with all of them?
you should be okay to run them after all they are only minerals that you are taking your body will disard what it doesn't use. I am using everything you listed at the same time. Just take ZMA about 30 minutes before bed.
