i've done 60-70mg and the shit was hurting my joints :(
I stick to 40-50mg now

Funny - I've never got any joint pain from var, even at 75 mg ED, it just makes me a little moody - I think starting at 50mg & working your way up is the way to go.
Also if you get your bloodwork done at say week 6 or 7 and it's OK you could run it a little longer (say 10 weeks)
i think running taurine is a good idea with clen

I think you should leave the T3 for when you get more experience with Clen. As is mentioned in the clen handbook, you will want to get 4-5 grams of taurine per day, as clen depletes it from your liver. While taking clen, I found that V8 became my friend :), it is an excellent source of electrolytes and will help keep the clen cramps at bay.Quote:

As for the Trib and HCG, your natural test will be shutdown due to the var, so Trib will be useless for the most part during your cycle. Since you are running a pretty mild cycle, I say that HCG will be unnecessary during the cycle or even during the PCT. PCT wise you will be fine with a normal Clomid/Nolvadex PCT plan.

I'm on week 5 of my first var cycle at 40-50mg/day and so far havent experienced any joint pain. However, i have found that i have been moodier/quicker to get angry thats for sure...Since i am on no test this cycle (just var & eq) i have been taking ~4gm of trib ed to try to avoid shutdown...does anyone think thats enough to counteract shutdown?

HEY BRO..listen up clen will hit everybody differently ..i may be a newbie at gearing but have taken clen for years..now im 200+ and i cant do more than 50mg a day or i will snap,cant sleep,twitch,sweat ,and shake..lottsa fun side with this stuff..Quote:

just start small and see how ur body reacts to it.
renember to take benadrly if ur taking it for more than 2 weeks ..
you wount need to cycle it every 2 weeks with the benedrly so you can stay on as long as u like ..gl
also add taurine supplement into ur diet since clen depletes it and extra water to help stop crammping
