Would this be sufficient for a fist cycle?
Whats up guys,
I am about to start my journey into the wonderful world of AS. I am 21 5'10" 180lbs. I have been working out for 5 years now. I was around 165 - 170 when I started. My goal is to attain about 10lbs of "Good weight" LBM. I have been following a strict diet for the last 2 months, and have been hitting the gym 5 days on 2 off. I was thinking of an EQ only cycle, but from what I have been reading, it isn't advised. However, like I said earlier, I am really not looking for any huge gains in mass. I have been on this site for the last 2 months researching the posts like a Mofo so I am pretty informed on the subject. Just wanted to hear from some people who may have wanted the same goals I do when they first started off. Thanks,
