Hi all.
Are there any good ORAL only cyles that could meet my goals for a 1st cycle? ... 8 wks ? , 10wks? , 12wks?
GOALS:
10 -15 lbs of keepable muscle ( don't want a huge, quick WOW gain)
Low water retention
minimum loss of gains
of course minimum sides
I'll probably use proviron & nolva throughout the cycle , and follow with a good PCT.
P.s How much of the gain could I keep?

why do you only want to run an oral? just curious...
No, not IMO. the only oral only cycle i would recommend would be Anavar, but thats not likely to put 10-15 pounds of muscle on you. Bottom line is not ready to inject not ready to cycle.
you could research tbol and see what you think...
tbol, is all i ever use and maybe dbol. I get good gains and keep majority of them also.
Drol is a great gainer.....

personally i wouldnt push the TBol for 8-10 weeks... i wouldnt go much past 6 and that would be a max for me... ppl will tell u its easier on the liver, but who knows. If im not mistaken its still a 17aa....
IMO the jury is still out on its toxicity, however i think in the short term your golden. justs my .02$

Var is not really for muscle (though you gain a little), it's primarily for strength, density, fat loss and vascularity.
