A chick I know has been working out hard and eating well for the past year. She was around 190lbs and now is 140lbs, it seems like she has plateau. She would like to lose the last 15lbs and tighten up the lose fat.
What would you recommend for her to take?
What would you recommend her to do to tighten up the lose fat (There is very little)?
