personally i dnt think diet supps work or theyd be illegal best thing is, gud old skool "diet n cardio"

That is the thing I watch my diet and I do an hour of cardio every day..... Just can't seem to cut threw the belly fat I mean i'm not fat don't have a gut but can't get my six pack.
