reducing bloat
I am 4 wks into a sus 600 deca 450 cycle. Weight is coming on fast however feels like mostly water so far. My gut is bloated like budda. I am on a bulking diet. Not totally dirty but 1/2 way at least, no fast food or total junk. Anyway, what can I do for the bloat in the gut. I am taking .50 of Letro. I am afraid to increase the letro to much and get achee joints. THis is my 4 cycle.

If your taking letro at .5 mgs everyday, then the bloat shouldn't be too bad. I think your diet may have too much sodium in it and that is what's causing the bloat. Also, your diet has to be clean and spot on if you want minimal bloat.
