Well after yet more n more research I think I have finally figured out what i'm happy with for a winter bulk...
Have changed my usual bulk course from ‘Test Enth, Sus250 and Dbol’ (have been educated by you guys that it’s a total waste to run 2 types of test)
Have kept the Test Enth at a decentish amount and have added deca at 500mg per week.
Age 26, Weight 196lbs – Height 5`10 (always though I was 5`11 n just found i’m only 5`10! Bit annoyed! BF 12%. Training since Teens (had 3 year gap due to illness when 18-21)
3,500-4,000 clean calories, 300g+ Protein… Work out 3 times per week splitting my workout, and one day extra of cardio and swimming.
Weeks 1-4
Dbol 40mg daily
Weeks 1-11
Deca 500mg
Weeks 1-12
Test Enth 500mg
PCT
L-Dex & Tamoifen tabs on hand incase
HCG 5000iu
Clomid
Day 1
300mg
Day 2-14
100mg per day
Day 15-21
50mg per day
Vit B12, ***** Oils, Flax Seed Oil, Milk Thistle
Any comments or suggestions? Apart from the obvious one of Tren! lol (have considered it, but have been influenced by TaiBoxers view on run enough test to keep ya going, and go with the deca for gains to keep. And as ive run both those types I’m using b4 I’m happy knowing there good for me)
