    Advice on a newbie cycle?

First time here and I would like some advice on a Newbie cycle? Basically any help you can give. After asking a few questions here and doing alot of reading from other peoples questions I was hoping to get some input. So here we go:

I am 24, 5'10" about 155-160lbs with about 14% bf. I am on a strict diet and work out regimen. I have been working out on and off for about 2 years but have been in the gym constantly for the last 3 months. I would like to hear somethings about a beginner cycle and pct.

I would suggest making your workout routine a little more strict, only three months your body is not ready. Cycles need alot of attention and working out on and off will only hurt you. Plus you need to make sure all your ligaments and tendons are ready to support the strength and weight gain a cycle provides. I would post more info about your workout routine and your goals . And possibly read the profile section and see if anything has what your after.....

OK, so your a small guy who wants to be bigger becuase you think youve been working out well...

AAANNNTTTTT!!!! WRONG... sorry to tell you but you need alot more working out experience to be on steriods. Also with your stats you should be close to 200 b4 even thinking about touching the stuff. Bottom line go down to the diet section and learn how to eat like a man. 8 meals a day. probably around 3500-4000 cals for you per day and YOU WILL GAIN MASS

The best answer is an honest one, and i'm as honest as they come.

that is exactly the kind of answer I expected.Thats why I love this site. Its not like going to the gym and having some guy try to sell you some sh1t just to get paid. So thanks. I appreciate your reply. As far as my work out goes. I have been doing it for the last 3 months and before that i was on and off. It is pretty normal I guess. I do about 45 min of cardio in the A.M. and work on to two muscle groups a day. I do more weight and less reps. Pretty basic I think

Just so everyone knows what it is I am after:
At one point I was up to about 170lbs, but it was not 15 extra lbs of muscle. I was happy with the way I looked but it was so damn hard to keep the weight and I had a hard time cutting some of the fat. 200lbs for me would be huge and I dont really want that or any bigger. I was thinking along the lines of 175-190. I think this is more realistic for me. So if you have any thing to add please do. Constructive criticism never killed anyone.

    imo

eat smart and clean, and yes you want some fat, it takes weight to build mass..then cut and working out two groups in one day is not always the best in my opinion for example on chest day ...after working out my chest if i have enough energy to completely workout another group..did i work out my chest to the fullest?

Sorry missed it the first time.

Looks like your diet and training need refinement.

You should be able to reach your goals without aas

You will if you jump your cals up to fast.

First I know exactly how many cals I need for maintnance, and my macros so to gain I ll add 200 cals a day.

I also use calipers to keep track of my fat weekly. If I add to much fat I cut back. if it stays the same I add cals.

Point is know what your eating, how much and add slowly

you can gain alot of weight by doing certain excercises...

try doing really heavy squats and shrugs. im sure you think you lift pretty heavy but go much heavier. you should be trainning with a partner and lifting hard. you might try lifting differently and doing upper and lower body splits or full body eod workouts with alternating core hypertrophy lifts.

you should be building up a base now. if you eat alot of CLEAN calories, and lift hard, maybe even take some creatine, in a few years you will hit your max. i would venture to say many of the individuals in this forum had some background in athletics (high school/collegiate sports) before taking aas. these individuals had been lifting hard and build up a solid foundation first.

2 years off and on is not long enough. i would assume at this point you are becoming more comfortable lifting weights and having correct form, not physically maxed and considering a cycle.

that said when the time comes, do a test only cycle, maybe 8 weeks of prop or 12 of enanthate...

i hope this sounds nothing but honest because thats how it was intended. good luck!
